Day 11 - Food Diary - High Carb day
So I felt like I had over eaten on Day 10 so I basically fasted from 6pm until 9am today. That’s a 13hr fast.
Weight in the morning 99.10kg. Likely due to all the red meat I ate. It’s probably still sitting at the bottom of my stomach!
0900 - brown rice, spinach, quark, beef steak
1100 - chicken breast, hummus, quark
1200 - gym
1300 - steak, hummus, kofte meatballs (left over from yesterdays team meal)

1500 - kwark with frozen blueberries and raspberries
